Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure your Come Yah & Pour booking date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your pour party for any reason, no refund will be issued for the deposit or any payments already made. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Thank you for understanding. Deposits allow us to reserve your date, prepare materials, and make sure your candle-pouring experience is ready for you and your guests.
